Very sorry for being so quiet, but I pretty much spend all my free time doing voluntary development work these days, at the moment anyway.
More than anything, I'm sorry for not commenting on anything at the moment... I want to, but you all have been doing so well, I couldn't possibly catch up to comment on all of them. ;_;
Last time I drew was for one person on Pixiv like back in September, on request, and that person basically gave zero reply or anything after it was done, so... really wasn't fully interested in doing much art(not consciously but just by being busy and annoyed at it).
I'm working on achievements for Sonic R now, and four of them involve Amy Rose driving her car. No one likes her because she is dirt-slow. But I managed to test and make achievements for not only playing her on Hard Mode, but also unlocking each "boss race", where you race against another character and you unlock them if you defeat them. To me, that sounds like the kind of racing duels that happen in Initial D which I haven't exactly watched fully but admire at least.
So as usual, one of the main drives I have for drawing is parodies, so I crossed the two together! ....thhhhe end.
Uff, I still can't match my favorite artists that I see on Pixiv... wish I could but I definitely don't put enough effort on drawing these days. Up until the last moment's Amy's head was actually pretty huge and I did a really dirty forced-resize on her head AFTER it was all done. Also had a lot of not-great bucket-filled base-colors on the car, and after I resized it down from work-size to file-size, ALL of the borders were misaligned and the edges all looked awful, had to redraw a few lines to hide it and it was pretty bad.

Well, I wish I had more to say but at the moment I still have a lot of work ahead of me on this so I still have much to be busy about. ._.

Wow, it's been awhile! You've come back with some really nice artwork though. Unexpected subject matter too, but I love Sonic-styled works and it's especially cool if it's from an artist who doesn't regularly draw that kind of subject matter such as yourself. Gotta say the lighting in this one really drew me in and you certainly worked in a lot of excellent clothing and automotive detail too. Needless to say I'm very happy you're enjoying yourself tinkering away with custom game achievements.

Uff, very sorry for being quiet, just been kinda stressful lately and just haven't had any heart to draw for a while, but wanted to do this at the very least. Yeh, I figured you might like it, although I completely forgot about it being based on Sonic/furries fanart when I was drawing it because I was focused more on drawing it as close to the Initial-D style as I could.
I keep intending to do more art... or any art really, but these days it seems like by time I "wake up enough" to get to working on different projects, it's already late enough that I have to start putting things away. XD And as usual things are very different from how I plan stuff in mind but don't quite pan out when I try to put them down on (digital)paper.

It's all good, just nice to hear from you every now and then. I'm glad you're doing well from the sounds of it otherwise. Yep, you know I'm a sucker for Sonic art; this feels like the first time I've seen you draw anything quite like that since that snowboarding Reign picture you did for me quite awhile ago. And heh, that happens to me too as of late. xD I've been relying on uploading works from years ago that I never shared as being 'new' works for the time being, since I haven't been doing too much in the way of actual new artwork the past few months. And yep, that's me too, although in some cases I've pleasantly surprised myself with seeing the results of a traditional drawing put down on actual paper coming out almost exactly as hoped...or at least, as close as it can get for someone of limited artistic ability like me.
