HEY LADY! I was getting back into planning my satyr costume (life's ...interfered) and stumbled over your lovely satyr legs from last fall - and LO! I remember when these came up over at Faeriefashion when they were new, and they're a huge part of what convinced me my scribblings were more than an impossible dream. I've been insanely busy or I'd try to say something more useful, but until then I'm so glad I found you - you've progressed SO FAR, and I owe you a great debt for both sharing these long ago and for the current inspirational brilliance you've got on display. So thanks, now and then and again in the future, many thanks and please do keep at it!
(Oh, and freakin' KILLER masks. They make me cry with their detail. I'm glad mine have taken such a different direction, or I'd never be able to face the studio again. Further adulation to follow. ^-^)

Are they comfortable to wear? How do you keep from falling backwards?

They are comfortable, for me, for about 2 hours at a time. I dont fall back because I shift all my weight onto my toes. Its not something that everyone can handle for extended periods of time, but most people could probably deal with it for about an hour depending onwhat they're doin and how often they are sitting down.

Unfortunatly I cannot do so at this time as the base would be too small for a men's size such as that but stay tuned as I may release a bigger version in the future. I am however, willing to take on custom jobs but that will cost more due to me need to sculpt and make molds of all new pieces.
And you'd still need to find me a round-toed high-heel boot in that size.

No costume was made with them although I did wear them with a werewolf mask I made and somehow managed to win 2nd place in my college's halloween costume contest.
