I used the color palette from Future Trunks' jacket and a handkerchief life GT Trunks'. The hair color is closer to Future Trunks, as is the skin color, but the way I drew the line work for the face was more like GT Trunks. The eyes should have been blue because both Trunks have blue eyes, and so does Vegeta as a SSJ4 but I wanted to emphasize that the eyes had changed color with the transformation, and since SSJ1 2 and 3 have green eyes, yellow seemed like the best choice. Maybe an orangey yellow would be alright too. Red didn't look as good since the eyelids are red already, and generally red looks kind of evil. The fur, in all honesty was just a matter of trial and error. I tried to do it Vegeta's color, I tried to do it Goku's color but this was just better to my eye in contrast to the hair color. I knew that I didn't want it to be purple. That didn't make sense to me. Just because the hair on his head is purple doesn't mean his body hair is purple. Goku and Vegeta don't have black body hair so that's not the way that works. So I made it a slightly violet red, darkened and de-saturated. I explained the shape of the hair in the description of a different picture I uploaded. and I think that explains everything.
