Friendly little reminder to all of my friends and followers that it was this day 35 years ago that Back to the Future made its big screen debut! With that, you’d think that I’d have something special for this day for the movie that got me wanting to make movies one day myself, and you’d be right! This is a redraw of an older Back to the Future drawing from my 18th birthday (October 27, 2015, six days after Back to the Future day on October 21, 2015 [where I had another drawing made and released for this movie series]) and released just over two years later on December 17, 2017, and it’s another prime example of how far I’ve come from where my art skills were at that long ago where I’ve been putting much more of an art style to how I draw real life humans like Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox as Doctor Emmett Brown and Marty McFly, respectively. This is also my first new drawing based on live-action movie characters since Louis Winthorpe III and Billy Ray Valentine (Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy, respectively) from Trading Places; my drawings of Stuart Little and Roger Rabbit that I made afterwards were based on animated characters from live-action movies.
