Description

It is now just over a year since I started work on this model. Mesh is now final, and she is 100% uv-mapped 4x 4096x4096 main textures (plus luminosity, and normal maps) give her an 8k resolution. There is still much texture detail work left to do, and there are no specular, or reflection maps yet. The hangar interiors still have no texture detail added yet, and i have to segment all of the hangar doors for animations.

These views are rendered in 3dsmax ART renderer. No scene lighting. Physical camera exposure control. Using physical materials. Only light sources are the luminosity maps, and the background environment.

This set of views is with the Dry Dock Deployed, and a Constitution class berthed inside. It also gives you a sense of the scale of Tyr.
