Pokedex Challenge #37 #69I'm drawing the pokemons as they appear in the gameboy games: pokemon red and blue version, while I learn how to draw with Paint Tool Sai.

Vulpix had black paws, 2 tufts and white chin before.
Keeping it's pose was hard! I had to keep it's front legs raised, and after I sketched the idea, it was too boring. That's why I placed bellsprouts in the scene — there's one like the green version sprite too! Bellsprout had a longer face and a belly before.

Oh I quite like to see the mix, it definitely breaks the chain but it makes it quite appealing to suddenly see this combo, lovely work, the color choice is looking fantastic as usual <3

Magenta and lime make each other pop even more, so it's one pair I like to work 
Don't tell me you would like to train a bellsprout! I've never saw someone using it for real.

Yeah I haven't seen many people use it, I was actually thinking of using it on another one of my Let's Go plays, I always liked Victribell, especially in Stadium, but funny enough I never got around to actually use it, i'd say it's the same for a bunch of other mons I really like but just failed to use ;o;

So you're going to evolve it! Now I can understand it, because keeping it as a bellsprout can be hard.

oh yeah definitely, the only pokemon I sometimes don't evolve are Eevee and Dewott, usually any other pokemon I'll try and evolve itend,
technically I've used bellsprout a fair bit in Gold but never kept it in my team until the end, which is what I'd like to try and do

How funny, I didn't let my Tepig evolve lol
Eevee is also a problem to evolve, I'm always having doubts about with evolution should I give it. What's your favorite?
I remembered about a spearow I captured in my Gold. It was the first time I was playing gs, and I was training at the route that has geodudes. Spearow was my last pokemon and it won the battle even after I lost any hope. I was so happy, and I couldn't place it in the box after it. I finished the game the game with it haha

Aw man that's such a neat story
I love when people have certain pokemon that have some sort of really neat story behind them, I saw this guy on Youtube who loved Fearow because a friend of his told him it was the bird you see in the first episode of the Anime, so he traded Fearow with him, until he found out it wasn't the pokemon at all it was actually Ho-oH, but he loved using Fearow anyways and became his favorite mon

I certainly have some stories with some of my Pokemon, I'd say back in the day Mew was one of the most important ones for me but later it was Eevee, all because I had a dog when I was young named Victoria whom has since passed away and I decided to call the Eevee after her, so its a sweet way to pay tribute to her
(Although when my Eevee evolves shes supposed to go into an Espeon which is a cat lol so I guess thats why I tend to draw it more as an Eevee even though espeon is my fav Eeveelution)

Naming your Eevee Victory is a nice way to pay tribute to her and it's a lovely story!
Espeon looks more like a cat, but umbreon looks more like a dog, and eevee looks like a fox... we will never know what it is haha
