Here is the download for the MMD file of a 3D Chakram for Axel from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
Chakram is designed off the chakrams used by the character Fujin or 'Fuu' from the hit video game Final Fantasy VIII (FF8).

There are a few sliders in case you wish to animate the weapon.

Modelled by me on blender and textured using photoshop using the in game screenshots as reference.
