Happy new year everybody! I wish you all the best in the forthcoming twelve months. I'm kicking off 2017 with a study. (got to do more of these I swear you can learn a lot from these studies)

So I was experimenting with principles from the pixel art technique applied on a large canvas with one type of hard brush and a blending tool and I'm quite pleased with the result for now.

By the way I'm still working on animating Sourwood Glade, it just takes a lot of my time (even just those falling leaves...) but I haven't forgotten
