Is there limitations to what villagers vs. adventurers can do in the group? When trading, people seem adamant about not getting a villager XD

Oh no! I totally lost this comment in my notifications, my apologies! As far as official interactions (group prompts and such), there aren't really any limits on them as of this moment. It could be mostly personal character development related, since villagers aren't technically supposed to have occupations outside of cities/towns/other "safe zones" because they are more sensitive to mana sickness.
But even then there are workarounds. There are forms of warded travel, so it's not too too bad as far as limitations if you want to get creative. I think the only thing they're unable to do atm is become a knight (which isn't even officially released yet).
Other than that it could be the general lack of fancy traits since villagers have such a low mp cap. However EC edits are being worked on this week, and I'm aiming to have that ready as soon as next week, maybe sooner depending on how well I can iron out a few things. When those are open you'll be able to change your elnins traits/colors/stats/rank etc with EC. ^^

I know somewhere it said the anthro elnin's are flat chested but can the females have chests or no? I'm making my ref for my anthro elnin version now and if I did have a small chest on there would that be okay? thanks!!

Elnins in human form are completely gender neutral, so they have zero boobage.

Everything has chests xD If you're talking about breasts, in any size, it's a no. Gender neutral means no gender specific traits, ie breasts or genitalia.Β

Do you have a animal elnin are closest related or based off? I've been trying to tell people what they are mainly related to for when I have them draw them. Are they like kitsune cats or fox cats? That's my closest interpretation.

Still working on specifics, but elnin professions are pretty open-ended with the only major exceptions being that they can't work any magic or engage in direct combat themselves.

What is the current level of technology they live in? Steam? Oil? Magic? Or are we talking very medieval without even simple machinery?

They have some machinery, steam/oil/coal.. but only in certain human cities (the other races find the environmental effects unsavory). Most other machinery over Eyre is powered magically, and you'll only see a lot of technology in major cities. ^^)-b
Nothing close to today's electronics, but they have systems powered by mana that mimic electricity for lights and other things.

It's the "timber" style on the style sheet, basically a squirrel tail. ^^ But the one shown here is the "extra large" size, so you would have to make it smaller if you wanted to use it.
