Description Here is a process shot of the cover. I don't have a scan of the finished inks since I stopped inking at this point to paint out the buildings and I finished inking the rest of the piece after that.

That is an insane amount of perspective lines coming from the vanishing point. So much detail.

Thanks for the answers on the buildings. (I love your prespective!) But I also like seeing how you ink folds in dark clothes like Batman's cape/cowl. Espeically since it didn't have the shading laid out like Superman's hair does.

how did you clean up all those lines? and did you draw all of them before you started drawing the buildings?

I used a gummy eraser to lightly erase the lines but it still shows enough for me to follow.

i'm not sure what you mean by set them down... but basically from step one I just lightly erased it and tightened up the buildings by penciling some more.. hopefully that makes sense..

lol. yeah that helps. i ment the vanasing lines. cuz wen i draw buildings i dont normally add alot of lines like you do. but i guess i should start

oh ok. no I always start with the vanishing point and lines. you can see them in the first one as faint as they are. I tightened up the guide lines so I could free hand the buildings as I often do.
