I think the SpecOps uses the version of the assault rifle with grenade launcher and spec sight.

No SecOps my good man... Look at the Tital again.. Stands for Security Operations, its the official name for the group of soldiers on Pandora. Private Security company. There are no "special forces" on pandora..

Mate, ever since I watched Avatar I was hoping that someone, anyone, could do a Marine loadout as seen in the movie. Finally I get to see it.

My friends and I wanted to collect or own loadouts such as this, right in the midst of Avatar hype, for the sake of loadout itself and reenactment, but also to post photos of ourselves and create a bit of drama amongst previously mentioned Na' Vi lovers

I did this all on a Budget! my problem is that in the UK any materials for building stuff are not easy to get hold of or are far too expensive, The weapon itself is just cardboard covered in resin, and the kit I had laying around in the Armory!
I wish guys would make the propper camo,vests and rifles.. I neeeeed a CARB!!

You have some skills when it comes to create models, such as this rifle. I was sure that I'm watching a heavily customized airsoft rifle. Great job!
I bet they will make proper gear, it's just a matter of time. USCM gear is on the market for quite some time now, I'm sure we won't wait for RDA gear for much longer.

ha ha thanks man, That was the first time ive ever made something like that! have a look at the other pics in my Avatar album and u can see it in raw form.
Took me a month in total to build..and that was the second version, the first came out a bit short.
I do hope someone gets their arse into gear and makes some kit.

I've been brainstorming about the entire RDA loadout thing, and it seems to me that existing AOR2 camo pattern comes pretty close to the pattern seen in the movie. Of course, the squares on the RDA uniform are significantly larger then on AOR2, however, when it comes to colors- it's pretty much there.

Check out latvaian digital camo!! If only they did a woodland version!!
Another close one as tere is no brown in Avpat. Is danish camo. And the danish armor is similar to an RDA vest. Just not easy to ge hold of. And not digital.
