Sometimes it's hard being in this skin. Being in the shadows of those greater than me. Being teased for what I have and not causing it, saying it's my fault that I'm retarded. BUT I'm not retarded, I just have cerebral palsy. Is that such a big deal that I'm different that I play I different league of sports? That I sometimes need more time to breathe when running or if energy drains 200% faster than a normal person? I still am normal I still like normal things. (even though I am a huge nerd 8)) but does that mean that you have to discriminate me? put me into a group that needs more help. Yes there are people with much more severe disabilities than me that does mean my intellectual level is diminished more than yours. I am like you. I dream like you. I fight like you. I cry like you. I laugh like you. I may be different but I'm glad I'm different. This is what makes me, me.
