Sweet! Thanks!
I do too very much love crows and ravens... despite the diseases they carry, I think they have such a dark charm about them. Not to mention how extremely intelligent they are. <3

Yep ... not too concerned about the diseases as I don't plan on giving any of them a smooch on the beak (and I sure ain't gonna eat them as I am a vegetarian), but yes, I do concur with you ... they are extremely intelligent animals.
Total clowns of the feathered kingdom. Very cheeky little guys.
I like to think of them as my token guardians of sorts.
Bunch of goofballs when you see a murder of them ...

Have you seen how they use sequential logic? Look up a video on youtube or somewhere. It's really neat! They will use one tool, bend it, to get a second tool, do the same to get a third, to open up something for food. They also steal metal clothes hangers in densely populated cities and bend them into circles to make nests. Saves a lot of work when your frame is built for you. Clever buggers!

Yep ... I know all about it.
You need to read a book called "Mind of the Raven: Investigations and Adventures with Wolf-Birds" (which also touches upon crows) at the following link: [link]
And another book called "In the Company of Crows and Ravens" (which is a FANTASTIC book chock full of hand drawn images in addition to some well written studies of corvids) at the following link: [link]
Do enjoy!

Neat-o! I ended up watching a video by some girl who had a pet crow whose wings never developed properly. I'm officially jealous. They're such gorgeous creatures, I could watch one for hours.

Very cool. Glad you enjoyed.
I want to say that I heard of the video you touched upon as well.
Be sure to watch the rest of those vids uploaded by the guy who took the video that I mentioned to you. If I remember correctly, the raven follows him all the way down to the beach. Very tame and I think that it had sort of imprinted upon humans in that it was so very comfortable with them.
