considering that a matoran/toa/turaga can become around 10,000 years he's pretty young.
I'm interested what would become of him when he gets really old.

the use of the inika body irks me. However it's saving grace is the good use of the knight's kingdom armor.
I want one of those...

Admit-ably the Inika build is what I'm most comfortable with, so while I could've tried something custom, I'm to much of a lazy bum to do so.

Is his longest running grudge as old as he is?

The longest grudge he's ever held was with a member of Xia-Tech industries which lasted for about 18 years.

Yes.
Simply put both him and the employee were working on suspiciously similar (albeit coincidental) designs for more fuel efficient jet-packs. Β Β

Coincidence? I think NOT!
It's all part of some whacked up conspiracy! I've seen it a million times before.

As it turns out they had both based their designs off of the same blueprint, eventually they agreed to work on it together, only for the Vortixx guy to tke all the credit for it. Gelsed has never trusted Xia-Tech employees since.

Well he can't really do much. While small local business's tend to be preferred in Order Territory, the low price, large availability, expert marketing, great amounts of support from the Dark Hunters, and hundreds of Vortixx and Nyrah Ghost employee's results in them being the most successful weapons/gadgets manufacturer n Spherus Magna.Β

In recent years, many local business' have made "partnerships" with Xia-Tech.

"Partnerships" makes me think people are either leeching off them, or the local businesses happen to be mafia gangs or something.

more like Xia-Tech has bought the patents to many weapons and gadgets, forcing local business' to have to pay Xia-Tech to make certain products. Though ya some are run by criminal organizations.

Well that and also during the Makuta Genocide many Xia-Tech provided hundreds of weapons to help the Order and Dark-Hunters fight and eliminate the remaining Makuta (obviously the Genocided wasn't successful but making the Dark-Hunters the main villians seems to predictable)

"The weapons we make don't kill people. The people using our weapons kill people."
But you make the weapons to kill people! That is the lone reason you make weapons, so people will die!

They also make a variety of gadget such as: the aforementioned jet-pack, hover boards, riot shields, multiple varieties of mining/construction/fishing/medical equipment. Β

Those fishing poles have hidden pipe bombs inside that kill the user if the special company stamp is tampered with before purchase.
Uuuuuuh...it is not Xia-Tech's problem to remove the explosive...it should be deactivated upon purchase...should be.

Yeah. I mean, I have conspiracy theories of my own, but that one doesn't even make sense.
There's no gain from it. Not only do you lose the customer, you lose the merchandise, too! And for what? You stopped a thief? Pfffff.
The government is too tyrannical to be that kind hearted as to plant bombs in our products to stop wouldbe thieves. No, they're more likely to catch him and throw him in their underground sweatshop to make knockoff wallets. And return the stolen goods, that is. So the chain of money continues.
