Description
Kolnor was Skakdi engineer, who (after the Makuta Spiriahs experiments) was given inaccessible water powers. He quickly fled his home inorder to escape the chaos these experiments caused. But as he sailed away, he was attacked and was caught in an explosion. The explosion caused him to loose his arm and organic spine. It also severly damaged his right lung and crippled his right leg. He was discovered and given medical attention by some Order of Mata-Nui agents, and was given a brace on his right leg, plating on his chest, a breathing device and a new arm. He was made an agent, and sent to infiltrate the Dark Hunters.

Powers/Abilities: Kolnor has inaccessible water powers and laser vision. He wears a breathing device and carries a a snall staff. His right arm is built with a cannon and a smaller gun underneath it.
