My look for him. based on a drawing I did around 2006. I might change it eventually, but for now that's how he looks in my head. He has a power ring on his belt. What he uses it for I'm still not sure. Maybe to power his new arm or something.The colored one is all bucket fill, just wanted to see his color scheme. That one also has some armor on his torso. That came to me in a dream. I just saw him as a drawing and that's how he looked.
This was also inspired by several people. dcaarmus , MobianMonster , LucrataNexarii and Metal-Skotty and probably several others I can't remember now...

I like the power ring idea of him having one on his belt,Β it could be used to give him abnormal strength and power his arm as you saidΒ this would make him a bigger threat and more dangerous to approach directly because we don't know the full potential of the power rings , so this would make him more untouchable in a sensible manner verses the comics just giving him plot armorΒ

Yes! That's exactly what I had in mind. Je should be dangerous and deadly if directly approached. Like a final boss. He rarely involves himself directly into conflict with the Freedom Fighters but when he does appear, everyone should freak out. Sonic being the only one able to handle/defend/avoid him with some ease, yet still being cautious.
