I think Jason would take it. Better durability thanks to his healing factor. Predator LOST in hand to hand combat against two humans, so I'd say Jason is stronger too.

Interesting concept.Β I'd say Jason and Predator are equal in strength but the predator's got the advantage of agility and technology.Β On the other hand, Jason's pure unstoppable natureΒ might just give him an edge since the only way to beat him is to damage his body so heavily that he can't move anymore.
