Well preditor will have to use his various plasma & explosive weapons.
As Jason would just keep regenerating and coming back.... you basically have to blast him into small enough pieces that he doesn't come back.
Like in Jason XΒ (before the future science turned his meat chunks into a cyborg)
Yeah he was dead in Freddy v Jason,Β but there was a significant ammount of tissue left.Β & it also unclear if Freddy utalised any mystical powers to help kick start his regeneration.... since the film didn't wanna get bogged down with explainantions.
So yeah a well armed Predator should beable to pull this off.
He has simular strength,size & speed
& he just has more gear & weapons to help tackle the challenge.
Predators are fairly acrobatic, have cloaking devices,Β grenades, multispectrum scanners (so they can see in dark) blade and pole arms of all kinds. and even known to lay mines and bear traps.
Predators also carry field med kits, so even if Jason got a lucky swing & dealth damage or even lopped of an arm,Β predator would patch himself up and carry on.

And even all that aside, none of Jason's knifes and tools can't compare to firearms.
No matter how you look at it, Predator wins!

Ok, I am a HUGE Predator fan (you can ask MistaSilentKiller and Bender18). But personally, I think Jason has predator beat. Predators are very logical. Therefor, they would see him as dead once they "kill" him... Jason now has the ability to kill the Predator without is suspecting. Trained killer or not, you can't kill Jason. HE IS NEVER DEAD. That's like a computer seeing a 2 in 0100100100101100100100101001011010... However, I do think Predator will definitely bring Jason a can of whoopa** and I mean that. But in the end Jason is going to take that Machete of his, and bury it into the Yautja's skull. Long story short, if Predy wants to stay alive, stay the f*** up in the sky.

mind you everyone assumes fights are always to the death, in comics they're always about winning the battle. Having no utter possibility of loosing because his power is "I cant die" kinda takes the fun out of such delightful battles.

Deffenatly Predator. Jason will employ stealth but his prey is typically idiot teens. The Predator is a superior hunter in every way. The only way Jason might win out is if he plays possum then knife's the predator in close quaters combat. But even then, the odds are still in The Predator's favor

Should have realized I was calling down the thunder with my earlier comments.Β All right, let me try this.
Predator = 5.Β Formula perfected never successfully imitated.
Predator 2 = 3.Β It's a lot less fun than the first, though it's saved by it's climax.
Predators = 3.Β Forumlaic.Β Offered nothing new.
Never saw any of the AVP stuff, but I heard they were terrible.
F13= 4Β They were still figuring out their thing, but it's pretty good.
