Description
Envisioned somewhat as an Orestes replacement, smaller and less powerful, but more maneuverable.*sidenote* The smaller of the twoΒ side viewsΒ is the one to scale with the rest of my ship charts. The design belongs to the late CanisD.

Well it's true. That turret makes the turrets on the Nova-class look tiny.

Actually, that is a turret from a Nova. The larger images (top and side are for detail reasons. The shrunken image is to scale with the Nova Class images in my gallery.

Oh, still it's pretty damn cool. Although you can probably fire that thing continuously for maybe three and half hours top before you run out of fuel. Free-Electron Laser Pulse Cannons -which I am assuming is what the Nova-class is armed with- are powerful but they cause a ship to suck down fuel like crazy.Β

Unless ships like the Nova have reactors dedicated only to weapons.

Not really sure on that. Going on The Dilgar War canon, they probably don't. Running out of fuel is what resulted in the loss of Nova-class Dreadnought Zhukov as well as the majority of the fourth-fleet.
