Corners are a problem that occurs in all Windows 8 themes, less or more. I am afraid that perfect sharp corners in Windows 7 are not possible. I even think that in my theme are not too much visible.
A bigger font in title bar maybe in the next update but I think it will not be able to increase as in Windows 8.
Invisible show desktop button is possible but create a bug when the taskbar at the top of the screen. So I left it.

I found a normal corners with squared theme. What do you think about it?

If you look carefully you will see that even here the angles are not perfect (change color or disable transparency). Are less visible because of a darker color of frames. This is what I said. Corners are a problem that occurs in all squared themes.

I like it. One of the most complete Windows 8 themes I've seen so far. My only gripe is that my taskbar preview window isn't sharp and squared like in the preview; it is still has the rounded corners like Windows 7.

Okay Windows 8 RP Theme, but you forgot to change the Aero Peek button.
Windows 8 RP Aero peek isn't noticeable, but this theme does have like Windows 7, other than that looks great.

Believe it or not this button i found in original Windows 8 aero.msstyles. If I cut the top button to be invisible there would be a bug in the top taskabar. So I left it. Windows 8 has solved this in another way obviously.
