Something about the way you drew him here makes him seem more kickass than usual, and for me that's saying something since Soundwave has long been one of my favorite Decepticons. I guess maybe it's just the angle, but I really like whatever you did. ^^

Question about your technique: What kind of markers do you use? And how can I use them efficiently? Cause I have copics yet when I use them I'm sorta...bleh

i use copics. i guess its just a matter of practice with them. i've use that brand for 9 years now, and before that i used other markers.

@___@ getting use to them is true. Trying to work out the kinks between lights and darks and contrast and...well yeah lol

I think it is because Soundwave has lots of personality despite all his face being covered with mask and visor

I just think it was the way they did everything for him in the 80's. The look, the personality, the voice, it all worked for him.
