Description
Mandelbulb 3D v1.9.0 ALPHA1DEcombinate in Min mode using: SphereHeightMap (x3)/_PolyFold-sym/ABoxPlatinum/Sierpinski3/_boxtiling/_reciprocalY3
Another Fractal exploration of my previous 'Tier' and 'Tier II' pieces, based on the huge space habitat of the same name which featured in
some of SF author Iain M. Banks 's 'Culture' novels.
Further details about this habitat can be found in my original 'Tier' description:markjaybee.deviantart.com/art/…
'Tier II': markjaybee.deviantart.com/art/…
My thanks to James 'GrungeTV' Knowles for kindly allowing the use of his 'Quanadium Steel' image as a diffuse map.
See: grungetv.deviantart.com/art/Qu…
A larger version of this piece can be viewed, and prints ordered at: markjaybeefractal.com/tier-iii…
*Update 24/3/17: You can now view an interactive 360° panoramic version of 'Tier' on my sites at: markjaybeefractal.com/tier-pan… and: mjb-graphics.co.uk/tier-panora… Enjoy!!

Oops! My bad Eric; it's in the 2nd dIFS formula tab.
I just have the habit of adding 'IFS' to all IFS formulae, strangely enough....

Glad you like it. I'm afraid that presently I can't share the params for this
one Eric, as it was created using all 8 formula slots in MB3D v1.9.0 ALPHA1.
This - test - version only allows saving in .m3p format and not as text params.
Sorry mate.

Any chance that you could make a tutorial or point me to learn how to that sort of shapes? I'm interested to uses textures like that on a project of mine.
You do a great job!

Thanks, glad you like my work!
I'm afraid I don't generally do tuts Yunior, but as you're now a member of the
mandelbulb3d group, you'll find tons of tut's in the 'Tutorials and Resources'
folder there to get you started.
