Elle repartie le matin même, très tôt, propre et reposé. Ce petit arrêt dans le village l'avait ragaillardie. Rien de mieux qu'un repas chaud suivie d'un bon bain moussant et d'une nuit de sommeil sur une paillasse fraîche pour se sentir bien et prêt à affronter n'importe quoi.

Après un petit déjeuner frugal, elle récupéra sa monture dans l'écurie et se remit en chemin dans la brume naissante. La journée sera fraîche et peu avenante.

Des deux guerrières aperçut la veille, aucune trace, que ce soit dans l'auberge ou ailleurs dans le village. Après ce qu'elles avaient bu dans la soirée, elles devaient être en train de cuver dans un endroit sordide quelconque... enfin c'est ce que pensait Kha Halina. D'un petit mouvement des jambes elle indiqua à sa monture de pendre l'allure d'un petit trot, et rapidement elle disparue dans le brouillard matinal.

Après quelques heures, et comme l'aubergiste la lui avait annoncé la veille, elle n'eut aucun mal à reconnaître le chemin qu'elle devait emprunter pour se rapprocher de l'endroit recherché. Par rapport au reste de la forêt déjà traversée, ce sentier s'enfonçait dans dans des bois sinistre et lugubre.

D'un mouvement de sa bride elle fit tourner sa monture et s'engagea sur le chemin, s'approchant inexorablement de l'objet de sa destinée.

Early in the morning, she left, clean and rested. This little stop in the village had cheered her up. Nothing better than a hot meal followed by a good bubble bath and a night's sleep on a cool bench to feel good and ready to face anything.

After a frugal breakfast, she retrieved her mount from the stable and set off again in the growing mist. The day will be fresh and unpleasant.

Of the two warriors saw the day before, no trace, either in the tavern or elsewhere in the village. After what they had drunk in the evening, they must be sleeping in some sordid place ... well that's what Kha Halina thought. With a little movement of her legs she told her mount to a small trot, and quickly she disappeared into the morning fog.

After a few hours, and as the innkeeper had told her the day before, she had no trouble recognizing the path she had to take in order to get closer to the place she was looking for. Compared to the rest of the forest already crossed, this path plunged into grim and gloomy woods.

With a movement of her bridle she spun her mount and set off on the path, inexorably approaching the object of her destiny.
