Wow, it's really beautiful! Did you use a filter for this photo or do you use one sometime taking pictures of the sky like this? thanks!

I went through the "More Like This" bit, and clicked multiple galaxy shots. I noticed that many of them were at the same angle, and I clicked them, then read the artists' comments. One of my thoughts was, "Why have none of them given credit for the stock photo of the galaxy?"
...and then I remembered that the galaxy is freakin' huge, and we're all pretty much at the same viewing angle, depending on how close we are to sunrise or sunset. X3
Derp for me. Great capture. :3

How did you have such an high ISO yet maintain such good quality? Did you use a program to clean up the fuzzyness/noise? if so what program? I've been trying to get a photo like this but quality has been a re-occuring issue.

You need a camera that has low high ISO noise.Typically that is a full frame sensor. I used to constantly use a Canon 7D an APS-C sensor of 18mp. The noise was to much even at 1600ISO the 5DIII is just fantastic.
