Upload was scanned and stitched together using corel painter and adjusted to get as close to the drawing as possible as are all of my works

Thank you ... This is all done with a 7B pencil and a pencil eraser. I block in the darks drawing in the direction of the hair and then blend it all together with a stiff paint brush and blending into the highlight area and then highlight by drawing lines with a pencil eraser. Then repeat the process a few times adding some loose hairs along the way. Hair looks intimidating but it really is not as hard as it looks.
