Graphite on smooth Bristol A4 size.The sitter is my son Dan ~DanielStewart
Still learning about those dark pencils
drawn to study reflected light. Kept the bright part as minimal as possible .. hope it works.

Thanks, i just layer up from light to dark. I was more interested in tone than texture on this piece.
