Yea, this movie blows. Also full of those annoying cartoon sound effects like Inspector Gadget.
But some of the music is pretty good. Prayer and I Stand Alone were pretty cool, and I kinda like the Eric Idle/Don Rickles song. It's void of humor and somewhat disconnected, but it's a guilty pleasure. That and Follow Your Heart from Thumbelina.

The only reason why I liked that movie was the two-headed Dragon. I mean come on, Eric Idle and Don Rickles are awesome. I think the NC should of killed that Ax/Chicken thing, instead.

As for the movie itself, well, I thought this movie was just okay. Not spectacularly good or spectacularly bad, just okay. There were things I liked, the animation is really nice, Don Rickles and Eric Idle were pretty funny, and Gary Oldman's overly hammy villain was hilariously unsubtle. That being said, it does have it's flaws, the story is not that great and the songs feel really out of place. Overall, it's not one of my favorite animated movies, but it's not one of the worst.

You know...when i was a kid, I just sorta thought that movie was "meh"...not too memorable, but didn't really understand why my mom seemed to hate it so much.
After watching the review, I realized....now I'd just find it hilariously bad! Oh man, rewatching the clips from it....Hilarious! Especially the villain...he's just so awesomely CHEESY! XD

I personally love the new style of colouring - it at least fits for this review. It reminds me of that "soft" colouring style Disney uses - and which animation studios trying to be like them always use.
And as an aside I need to get off my chest: I've got nothing against skilled normally-live-action actors lending their voices to animation and kids' movies, but between this, Casper, Shrek the Third and this turd of a movie I really hope the Critic does this December ... Eric Idle is such a fucking whore.
