Open MMD and a model, next go to MMEffects, click on Effect Mapping, and load the shader.
Recommended light for this effect:

I dowloaded it, but it doesn't work, 'cause it's a fx file. I tried like if it was an accessory, with MME, but it doesn't work.
Can someone halp me, please ? ^^

You don't load FX files as an accessory. The FX file is the file to load the actual effect onto models or accessories.
Open up the MME mapping thing and double click on your model and set the FX file to your model. It should work then.

My model turns grey whenever I load this effect

It happens, is just when you select them, turn off "select" and it will be normal

I have a problem, the shadow is pixelated and now it makes the model have dark eyes and dark skin.
