Tutorial (You need MME):
Open MMD and a model, next go to MMEffects, click on Effect Mapping, and load the shader.
Recommended light for this effect:
X:+0.1
Y:-0.7
Z:+1.0

If you haven't gotten an answer yet, you should be able to load it in the accessory manipulation tab. It just like loading a model! ^^ Hope this helped! If you have any other questions I would gladly answer them if I can!

Oooh, thanks! Just tested this out a bit--I don't like it as much on skin and hair (though, I guess it's probably not meant for those?), but this is just incredible on clothing and such. Combined with your Real Figure Shader, it looks really great!
