That's a lovely image. Very dynamic, just enough detail and just enough blur to create the feeling of speed -- very nicely balanced.
The colours are hot and energetic with a nice ice blue to contrast, which adds to the composition and sense of setting -- city life, moving forward. Without that neon blue it would be much less effective, I think.
The stripes on the ground add to the feeling of speed. The red of the back wheel echoes the red stripe upper left.
Emotionally there's a sense of freedom and enjoyment. It works so well and could be used for a multitude of purposes. It's an excellent piece of photography -- well done.
