PKMNation: Suehiro Commander : full body x2 (4 lvls) + shading x2 (4 lvls) + BG 2 lvls = 10 lvls (re-using pic for the ponyta/duskull one, so no lvls)

i hv him spent time at the pokepark for easy lvl-ing, thats why he took a bit longer to evolve since i need to make sure he's in the lvl needed to evolve xD

LOL make a note somewhere maybe? at jrnl or gallery folder u visit often, list up the name of the pkmn who's in the park at that moment, then there will be higher chance for u to check/remember about it
