You could write an Extension that waits for a specific errorcode and then redicts you to an internal site..

Well, I've already did it. you can check out my website. changing the default error handler documents is very easy, just by specifying the document name in cPanel or website manager or even with .htaccess file.

Well, usually the hosting companies keep every default settings in the simplest possible way. So when it comes to customization, they can charge the clients on making the changes and even installations.

The initial inspiration was the sad emoticon used in Windows 8 Blue Screen of Death. But after when it comes to other pages, I wanted to find relative emoticons match with the error. After searching among the existing text emoticons, finally find those and modified it abit to get a better impression.
I hope it has the same meaning to others and it has to me
