SIMBA: (really hating what Zira just did) Actually, I was going to let you take them and get out. But you know what, me taking them in is not a bad idea. I mean you did just break one of the most important rules of parenthood by offering your own children for me to execute rather than protect them like a real mother in her mind would. And letting you take them and get out will leave them vulnerable to the chances of them not being able to completely see the light of day by the time they’re fully grown. So, it's clear you're a very bad influence.

ZIRA: (struck with horror) Oh great.

Zira is struck with horror at seeing what she just did that has cost her what she needed to help her avenge Scar. But Kovu, Vitani, Shabaha, Tazama, Kasi, and Imara do not care. Nala has a gleam of hope for that she gets to raise Kovu, Vitani, Shabaha, Tazama, Kasi, and Imara and be the beautiful loving mother that they deserve while Kopa and Kiara are very happy that they get to have friends and now family members together with them to be with every day and give them a very great future. Kion is born not long after. Zira is transferred to the Elephant Graveyard Loony Bin for the rest of her life. Nuka goes with Dotty to start a family and Pride of their own while making visits to the Pride Lands whenever they can. The Outsiders rejoin Simba’s Pride. Kion forms his Lion Guard consisting of Fuli, Bunga, Beshte, Ono, Shabaha, Tazama, Kasi, and Imara. Kopa is betrothed to Vitani, Kiara is betrothed to Kovu, and Kion is betrothed to Tiifu (one of Kiara’s two best friends). Everyone is happy.
