Megatron and Nitro Zeus stop Simba for exiling Kovu and they help Kopa, Kiara, and Kion go look for Kovu

Simba stands on the promontory.

KIARA: Father, please, [Kiara approaches Simba.] reconsider.

SIMBA: You will not go anywhere without an escort from now on.

KIARA: No, that's not–

Simba looks back at Kiara.

SIMBA: He used you to get to me!

KIARA: No! He loves me...for me!

KOPA: Just like Vitani loves me…for me!

SIMBA: Because you are my children. [Simba juts his head at Kiara and Kopa who back away.] You will not leave Pride Rock. You will stay where I can keep an eye on you. Away from them!

KIARA: You don't know him!

KOPA: (to Simba) And neither Vitani!

Simba paces to the edge of the promontory.

SIMBA: I know they’re following in Scar's paw prints! [Simba bows his head.] And I must follow in my father's.

KIARA: You will never be Mufasa!

KOPA: She’s right! You’ve been nothing but Scar, and I don’t even know you. [Simba's eyes widen in horror.]

But before Simba can do anything further, Megatron and Nitro Zeus who Kopa requested to keep an eye on whatever Simba might do to Kovu come over from out of nowhere and attack Simba and pin him down to the ground. Kion, Kiara, Nala, Sarabi, Sarafina, at Pride Rock and Fuli, Bunga, Beshte, Ono, Anga, Binga, Azaad, Tiifu, Zuri, and Rafiki on the savanna area in front of Pride Rock all watch in extreme shock at what is happening while Kopa looks at Simba with a mixture of disgust and disappointment and extreme anger over what he did to Kovu, Vitani, him (Kopa), and Kiara.

NITRO ZEUS: (to Simba as he walks around in front of him) You blew your chance to keep your family unified.

MEGATRON: I knew you couldn't do it. Your time is over, Simba. You failed. (grabbing Simba by the left side of his head) You turned your back on everything important your father taught you and that you taught your children when they were Cubs. Because of your arrogance and stupidity as well as your pathetic and outdated prejudice against the Outsiders as well as your hateful attitude towards your family, now you will watch the Pride Lands die and you along with it while your family continues on without you. [Megatron releases Simba from his grasp]

Megatron signals to Kion, Kiara, and Kopa who follow him and Nitro Zeus followed by Fuli, Bunga, Beshte, Ono, Anga, Binga, Azaad, Tiifu, and Zuri to go find Kovu and Vitani while Rafiki goes to his tree and Nala, Sarabi, Sarafina, the Pride, Timon, and Pumbaa depart Pride Rock to leave Simba to face the consequences for his actions against them and Kovu and Vitani.
