At the beginning of the five year time period, the Guardians of the Galaxy, they move to Sakaar and live in the private room in Grandmaster Palace that used to belong to Bruce Banner/Hulk at the center of the city next to the Grand Arena while they have parked the Benatar in a junk park in front of the Grandmaster Palace.
