I don't take what Trolls say with too much seriousness. I do already know how to block and hide comments, but chose for the most part not to. I've been banned and block from other artist's pages for making simple comments or asking questions that they did not like and could not handle, and I know how frustrating it is to not be able to defend one's point of view after the comment has been hidden or erased. I'm also a proponent of free speech and would hate to have to censor someone from making a fool of themselves. As Woodrow Wilson said; "The wisest thing to do with a fool is to encourage him to hire a hall and discourse to his fellow citizens. Nothing chills nonsense like exposure to air."

Wow... I'm just... speechless. Two years of work are surely worth a piece like this. The texture of the rhinoceros' skin is amazing. And I like a lot the contrast between the big, grey rhinoceros and the little yellow bird.
You are so perseverant, it must be so difficult to spend so many hours on a drawing without giving up!

The yellow is a Red-billed Oxpecker that did not come out exactly the way that I planned; it's wings should be more gray. If someone had been paying for this it would not have taken so long, but since I was doing it for myself, I got distracted by quite a few good books ....

Stippling and sometimes cross hatching makes me a little insane. I am always impressed with the amount of patience it takes to create this type of artwork.
