PTSD: She hides it really well, especially compared to the War Squids, but she still gets painful flashbacks and hallucinations, especially when around another Agent Eight.

Feels a desperate urge to kill evil-doers to remove their problem forever, and has to keep restraining herself from doing so
Burn Scar hurts like hell and she hates her disfigured look
Still hears Tartar in her head sometimes, though she is able to resist it

Hero Shot - The Hero Shot given to her by Cuttlefish years back to destroy the Octarians. She has held onto it all this time, and outside of a few repairs is completely unmodified. It has not let her down once, and she is a master with it.

Biography:
Two years after saving the world, this Agent was called back to Inkopolis to check out the Deepsea Metro, as some unusual activity had been recorded down there. Upon approaching the Metro, they discovered an entire testing facility underneath it, withheld to a rogue human AI known only as Tartar. They were in the process of mulching an Octoling and Captain Cuttlefish, so Three set about freeing them. Soon after this, however, she was kidnapped and brainwashed, becoming a victim of the Sanitisation process.
They were commanded by Tartar to fight this Octoling, an Agent Eight, to stop them from disrupting his plans. In this timeline, Agent Three won this fight, destroying Eight's body and throwing the remains into a reconstructed blender to mulch it up, killing her for good. His victory sealed, Tartar was able to destroy Cuttlefish and Off the Hook before rampaging across the city above, leaving Three down below. However, weariness, previous trauma from the Canyon and extreme willpower caused Three to crack, transforming into a Warmonger and burning off the Tartar goop controlling her.
Crazed but lucid, the Agent would storm the surface and challenge Tartar to a final fight, one that they would win. Tartar was thoroughly deconstructed in the process, but the city was destroyed as well. A good few thousand Inklings lost their lives, alongside Cuttlefish and Eight, leading a distraught Agent 2 to place a bounty on Three's head for letting this happen. The Agent was snapped up by War Pearl for use in her little teamup, saving her from the bounty, but Three retained enough willpower to resist War Pearl's control. Stealing a pair of Splitter Crystals, the Agent roams the multiverse to dispense justice where no-one else can, and stop the War Squids at every turn.

Other Information:
The scar around her eye is from the Tartar goop. Transforming into a Warmonger literally burned out the goop, destroying it but scarring her in the process. As mention above, the scar is painful and causes Three great distress.
To help in hiding her identity, Three modulates her voice using a microphone hidden within the Annaki Mask. The usefulness of this varies from person to person, though never with herself as she's forgotten her old identity thanks to the Fegue State.
Despite her edgy nature, she has her soft side, especially around children or Octolings
Obviously doesn't sing, though she has motioned War Callie to resume singing for their sake
