Darkmonger Meggy: You fool...you wretched fool...you lost this fight hours ago. You just...don't realise.

Well I promised WickerDan I'd upload this at some point. And that's been a while, as you can see by the outdated War Meggy design. Aaaand the use of the Inkling Meggy long after I said anyone still using it should move on. Mmm, gatekeeping. Anyway, it's a simple image. A showdown between the four Alternate Meggies that we are aware of.

So we got the main ones. We got War Meggy, the Warmonger who was corrupted through bitterness and jealousy and wishes to put an end to her Prime self. There's then Advocate Meggy, the one kidnapped by Zaliah and subject to the Smiler's Marmilisation process and such a jittery, giggling mess who wishes for everyone to smile. Then there's...well, just good ol' Meggy. Inkling Meggy I suppose, whatever it works here.

Now...who's that last one? That one is strictly Wicker's. That...is Darkmonger Meggy. Or Dark Meggy. Or Petinia to friends. She is...well, she WAS War Meggy. Once upon a time. She was on the path to becoming War Meggy, even got visited by Karsum. But as he made his presence known, he was attacked and Meggy was stolen. Who by? Dharkon. Yes, the Smash Ultimate one, the brand of Darkness even Karsum couldn't touch. Dharkon corrupted the other Meggy with his own powers, mixing with the building Warmonger energy to create a hybrid of such wretchedness. Darkmonger Meggy is, technically speaking, a Drone-Infil Hybrid, but in any meaningful sense she's so far beyond the outlines for Warmongers she's near enough to her own thing. Among her list of abilites include; shapeshifting, super strength, a magic shield that burns out Warmongre abilities and a damage-mirroring spell known as Backlash. She is able to use her tentacles as extra appendages, can fire blasts of dark energy, and has tiny mouths in her tentacle suckers to chow down on captured opponents. Decived by Darkhon into painting Karsum as the target for all her misery, Darkmonger Meggy rampages against Warmongers, acting as a sort of boogeyman as she attacks and kills those she can find. The true reason Dharkon has for converting and unleashing this beast against the Warmongers, however, remains a mystery...

So, yeah. Dark shit. Here's to hoping the other Meggies can get in there and stop her.
