Description
"I am completely immune to the allures of guys with creepy-pale, shimmering skin and golden eyes...oh wait." -- The Master PlannerSo far, 15 separate people have asked me to go see the Breaking Dawn, Eclipse, New Moon, or Twilight movies with them. Some have asked more than once.
And I always tell them: "
[link]
And they never get it
Wow, I'm surprised at all the positive reaction (aka I haven't received any flames yet from pedwardbear-humpers). I think that's because I always meant for this stamp to be as much a pro-Star Trek and pro-Data stamp as it is an anti-Twitard one. If you want undiluted anti-Twilight venom, there's the work of the ubiquitous ~Persnicketese and even my own Stamp 02 . I'm just pointing out, in an amusing way, that unnaturally pale, golden-eyed guys weren't invented by Stephanie Meyer. Not even unnaturally pale, golden-eyed guys who are also jealous, abusive, selfish, overly emotional, and manipulative (see: [link] )
Anywhoo.

With the poor writing, marysue characters, and extremely skewed view of relationships, Twilight is very easy to hate. And with the rabid fans, it's very fun to hate too.

Most ironically, I just found this while waiting for TNG to air.
Dataaaa. <3 The only android I have ever felt emotionally connected to. One of very few fictional characters in all, actually. Data > any bloodsucking fairy that Meyer could ever produce, no question. My god I love him to death. <3 I consider myself rather silly for it, seeing as he is not only a fictional character, but an android, but...it can hardly be helped, and I don't want to change it because he's just too awesome.
Also, I had never thought about the behavioral similarities between Cullen and Lore. That...that is just disturbing. Now that will be on my mind all night.
If I have nightmares about being stalked in an obsessive, creepy manner by Lore, it will be your fault.

Oh, don't feel silly about it! Everyone on this page feels exactly the same way
Don't phaser the messenger, I'm not the only one to notice it:
"Data quickly read all four books and could not comprehend why anyone would mistake him for this Edward Cullen. He seemed to have a habit of sneaking into Bellaβs room to watch her sleep, cared very little for human kind and even sabotaged Bellaβs car so that she was not allowed to see Jacob. According to Dataβs ethical program, these actions were wrong and the fact that a man who was constantly described as perfect would perform these actions greatly confused him. If anything, Edwardβs actions reminded Data of Lore." -- ~animefan17 , from her short story "Twitards Invade the Enterprise"
Also this isn't the only piece of Data fanart I have in my gallery...(hint, hint )

I like this! It reminds me of when my mom was a Trekkie and I watched the shows with her. It goes to show that Twilight isn't as original as a lot of individuals think, but then there is hardly a truly original idea out there nowadays π: 0 β©: 1

You're welcome to everything
Maybe even before Shakespeare if you want to be technical, because a lot of his plays were recreations of previous themes
