From your gallery this is very different from from the rest. The use of hair the crouched pose the hanging hand gives this an arachnoid feel imo. Lovely tones but ultimately a really beautiful set up and pose giving it an other worldly feeling. Rotating it 180 degrees or any I think can work because of the weight on the centre of gravity, (if that makes any sense) , the pose pulls your view to the floor while examining all the aspects of the body, the eye wonders around, but while I say that really the leg positions pull your eye toward the centre of the body not really the bottom. Great Creativity.
