In honor of Mass Effect 3, this is a brand new N7 Controller! It is a fully functioning controller bearing the N7 insignia and stripe (which goes down the back as well). No, these are definitely more expensive (for a new controller) than the Razer. They're each done individually by hand, not mass produced, and use OEM Microsoft Wireless Controllers rather than a third party wired one. They also serve a different purpose; the Razer Onza series is designed for tournaments and therefore has a lot of adjustable parts, these are more like showpieces (though they are fully functional).

Glad you like it! I honestly prefer the metallic paint I used on yours, but I ran out. (I also thought it would be cool to see what it would look like in black.)

I think they both look great! This one looks a bit more formal, almost as if it were the very controller that Commander Shepard him/herself would use.
