This is gorgeous... seriously.
Excelent shot, i wouldnt change a thing.
well on second thought i don't know if i would've kept all of the negitive space up top... but that may ruin this photo, who knows. That'd also make it a shot of mine, not yours
Keep it up buddy

haha if it make you feel better, for a print I gotta chop 2 inches off the top. for an 11x14, so it'll be cropped. thanks for the fav.

One of the most amazing shots I've seen in a while. I really like the brightness of the sun and how it distorts the edges of the tree. You really captured this scene amazingly. Fantastic. Keep up the good work

that is an awesome image!!
one thing i would have preferred would to have had the full tree in the image. other than that, this piece rocks!

Increadible shot. So mystical and enchanting. The thing i love the most is obviously the light, how it spills around the tree. Its spellbinding!

Great lighting! Very nicely done. I love how some parts of the tree are darker and some are lighter because of the fog. It adds a great sense of depth to it. Do you remember the exposure you used for it, just out of curiosity?

Yeah I used a 13 second exposure with a flash at f8 - I think. Near that anyway. I had it on a incandescent white balance setting too.

one might expect to see something like this if they were on drugs, whilst staying at the VA hospital--lol
I really love the composition of this photo. Did you use filters? how did you get the light to do that?

no, no filters. I stood with the tree in front of the light. The fog did the rest.
