“Megatron vs. Galvatron: The Mirror Routine”
In the original TF movie , the evil Decepticon Megatron was turned into Galvatron , which would became a recurring theme in several other series. And via time-travel and dimension-hopping, Megatrons and Galvatrons have crossed paths more than once , invariably battling one another in the process. One of those occasions saw Armada Megatron facing off against and destroying a Galvatron who invaded from a G1 universe. I found it interesting to consider what might happen if, aware now of the existence of other dimensions, he then launched his own invasions - an especially fitting turn if it occurred after he had become a Galvatron himself. I chose his Galvatron form from the sequel series, Energon , because a toy of it was used as the basis of the Megatron from the Shattered Glass universe, where the Decepticons are the good guys and the Autobots are evil. So if that was the universe he invaded, once again the two would naturally fight each other, but with a different twist.

Bonus nerd points to anybody who can name the background characters and why I chose them. UPDATE: A heaping tablespoon of nerd points to Drancron for IDing Energon Snow Cat & Mirage and Shattered Glass Cyclonus & Tidal Wave, and for knowing that I chose them because the former two used to go by the names of the latter two! Though I cheated a little because the SG universe hasn't been shown to have a Tidal Wave... so I made one up by picking new colors for the Armada toy. Extra super bonus nerd points to anyone who can figure out where I got those colors from! UPDATE 2: ALL THE NERD POINTS to Drancron , who also spotted the color schemes of G1 Seaspray , Broadside , and Elita-1 applied to Tidal Wave's battleship , aircraft carrier , and landing craft components, respectively.
