Description
This is one of three final projects I've been doing this semester at Herron. I'm doing narrative works based in Greek mythology, and here we have Perseus on his merry way to kill the gorgon, Medusa. The work is entirely done in charcoal on 22x30in Stonehenge paper. There's probably at least 35 some odd hours into it. Piece looks much better in person of course. For those interested, the piece is available for sale. Note me for details.
Thanks in advance for the comments!

Speaking as an Hellenic Archaeologist and Hellenic Pagan, I have to say this is magnificent! A spill-back to the art of the early 1800's. Masterful!

Much appreciated! Got a lot more along these lines in the works. Finding time with school is the challenge!

I can understand the time thing. Do what you can and when you can.
