After a few more minutes the ray finally ran out of power, and not a moment too soon for us.

I had only planned for to us to grow 10, maybe 15 feet taller in this initial run, but because of the unforeseen malfunctions, KD and I ended up growing so big, so massive we were literally pressing against the very edge of the universe. It was incredibly cramped in here, but it could've been a lot worse.

I'm glad this didn't go on all day, cause any bigger and we'd have burst through the barrier and right into the next plane of existence and beyond. I could only imagine what everyone back on Earth and quite literally every other planet/galaxy in the universe was looking at right now.

You know, I think this is the biggest KD has ever gotten. As interesting as this is, I only wish we could've done this under different and more enjoyable circumstances. On the bright side, I'm glad I didn't take this out on hero duty right away. It could've been a whole lot worse. Well, maybe not as bad as this. Still, I guess this test run was a success. Kind of.

Nothing a quick visit to Vito to patch up the belts wouldn't fix. We just needed to get back down first, which would take a long while. Man, these belts are gonna need a LOT of patching.
