He's a page I dug up from my old work on the Official Transformers Collectors Club Magazine.This was done around the time of the Botcon Shattered Glass boxed set, where the Autobots became evil and the Decepticons good.

For some reason I heard BW Megatron's voice for the Evil Grimlock's voice, it kinda suits it lol.

This reminds me of the cycle of any given Optimus Prime figure:
-Optimus Prime figure is released.
-Release a Japanese version, with ugly chrome paint that makes it look like a KO.
-Remold it in transluscent plastic, making it look like an even uglier KO.
-Paint it Black, call it Nemesis Prime.
-Paint it White, call it Ultra Magnus.
-Wait for some fan company to make accessories that cost ten times what the original figure does.
-Laugh at the people who buy it.

This is so funny. Just hope the Evil Grimlock doesn't find G1 Shockwave anytime soon or they might start existentialising. Is it just me or did Shockwave always sound rather depressed and a bit like Snape? Hmmm... a good Shockwave would then have to be pink and into rainbows and easily amused, like arcee....

That episode was a cute one. The Marvel comics Grimlock was also fairly smart, though too impulsive to be a good leader.

I'm not sure. I haven't read up on any marvel TF stories save for "Best of UK: Dinobots". I always think of shockwave as more of a Hal 9000 based character like in the cartoon. But i would definitely see the tea drinking with shockwave too. he has the British accent to start with.
BTW Shockwave is my fave Decepticon. So badass.

Oh,well Marvel Shockwave always had a plot and hand and is one step ahead of everyone,including Megatron.He was loyal to him for a while,but he saw the logic of himself being leader of the Decepticons...I don't know if Shattered Glass Grimlock follows that pattern in the story.

Shattered Glass Grimlock is pretty much a well speaking genius like shockwave but when ever he gets angry he reverts back to beast mode similar to Megatron in Beast Machines. Funny thing though SG Shockwave is apparently a perceptor coloured Mental Health Doctor. The perfect fit.

good Starscream is funny he is now loyal and wont betray Megatron it is so weird even when i play with my TF toys i sometimes make that joke of the Shatter Glass with Starscream and Megatron
