This reminds when Vegeta turned himself buff in attempt to beat Cell. But that was also making him slower, as Cell himself explained to him after avoiding all his attacks.

WfC Prime has some somewhat sucky shoulder articulation, and the leg joints near the crotch can't really let the leg come all the way up, or else it screws up the torso or back.
