I'm wonderin bout the weapon ports in the wrist plates, if this is a light BA then unless those are infantry scale laser rifles you've gone overweight! Love!

Yup, it's an infantry scale laser for the right arm, and actually a small arms Blazer rifle on the left arm (thus the two barrels), mounted in a customized shell and hard point. This armor is designed to hunt down non-power armored infantry in urban warfare, not anti-'Mech operations.
In fiction, the backpack has a "LIOSS (Light Infantry Obscuration Smoke System)", consisting of a mixture of 30mm butyl rubber/white phosphorous; and titanium dioxide smoke grenades.
