...Aaaaaand the closest cities to our little village are the cities of the Elves and the Dwarfs. I wodner if you're planning some "settlement" of Orks as well... you know, something like Warcraft. With Clans, Shamans and Warchiefs...

nothing major. You have a few churches/temples that follow the same deity, and communicate.
There is no major kingdom yet either. Each village/town/city, is a kingdom unto itself, though that may change in years to come as some will eventually start gaining alliances.
Guilds are the closest. In recent years as communication and travel has increased, veterans of various skill sets have started to organise loosely. Mostly in individual towns, but they do communicate between each other for information. Though there is no single offical Guild organisation of any kind yet. But a traders guild is close to forming as trade requires a lot of organisation and communication.

The canvas shows (including the oceans) 7,853,650sq Miles.
