I especially love the shot of AJ with "Do go on." It's more powerful than her kick - wouldn't mess with her if she said that.

Really love that you make thi story not such in "standard mode" and give girls a bit of different traits than in original serie. Like making Applejack a bit of a loner and Twilight not such an all-know type.
Also I saw that in later panels Fluttershy have her hair tied up on different heights but that's not a major problem. Syill love the story and can't wait for more. It's also good that you put both versions at the same time, don't have to see pictures and wait impatiently for other version .

So, this part of the story does not contain any Twilight. This is a very clever choice : the narrative line changes ! We can see more of the other characters' personalities, tastes, relations, and abilities !

First, we see Rainbow parkouring, floating in a very dynamic pose. I can really see her moving slow-motion in the air... Actually, in this whole page, you manaed to show many dynamic and efficient poses that brings intensity to the action (see the final parkour scene). Congrats ! Really !
Oh gee, Fluttershy's face when talking about Soarin !
Also, why does Applejack follows Fluttershy ? Does AJ knows a secret about her that makes her feel close to her somehow ? Does she want to protect her despise of her lack of belief in Friendship ?
I was confused to see Fluttershy without any yellow shirt to remind the color of her coat. But anyway, that's just me.
Landscapes : all perfect.

Ooh, Diamond Dogs are sexy beasts. Look at dat muscles and claws !
When Spike hits the bad guy and falls on the floor, it looks like he's just quietly sitting with a sad face. :\
Why does he have such an arsenal anyway ? Lil' brat !

Now, about the fight scene, I'd like to draw your attention to the panel where Diamond Dog n°2 is preparing to punch AJ, saying "Cocky little girl". The picture needs more tension, more energy. You could have accentuated the perpective by drawing his left hand bigger, and focus the background stripes around his right hand to suggest the power of the punch that is going to be delivered... Apart from that, it seems you studied well your anatomy classes : the way the fighters' bodies bend because of which or which strike, the throw, the struggling expressions... are very convincing !
During the whole scene, my eyes perfectly followed the panels in the right order and I enjoyed the stylish background colors and effects !
Another funny fact : Spike catches Fluttershy's hand and says "Follow me". The panel after, his watch disappears. ^^
Applejack says : "Apples are my only friends!"

For the next scene, I'd like to underline something very interesting you did. We haven't seen yet the Wonderbolts in this comic. That's okay. In the second episode of the pony series, the Shadowbolts came to RD and simply said "We are awesome and you're like us. Please join the dark side." Rainbow Dash gets attracted by the Shadowbolts because, and only because, she is sensitive to flattery. We don't even know if the Shadowbolts actually are better than the Wonderbolts. But here, Unknown-bad-guy proves his skills in front of Rainbow before inviting her to follow him. He even saves her life. She'll be impressed in a more pertinent way this time. Which is MUCH MORE realistic !
And we're ending on the edge of a cliff, Rainbow being saved by the mysterious villain, OMG what happens next, dun-dun-duuuunnn !
